Yummy Sunday: Talong ginisa

Tomorrow is Mother's day. I don't know where we gonna eat after church but I feel like going to an Asian restaurant. Hmm we will see then. Here is the picture I just took the other day. I was craving for talong (eggplant) with scrambled egg. I look at the ref and inside of the veggies compartment are two eggplants. I immediately chopped them prepare garlic and onion then scramble the eggs. Here is what I got at mainit-init pa yan lol!

  2. You're really quick to think on what to cook. :) I love Talong ginisa but I have to forget about this for a while... it can trigger allergies. :)
