Yummy Sunday: Bistik tagalog

I called this one as bistik tagalog. Of course it is made of beef meat. I sliced the beef very thin. I then put a little soy sauce, a dash of pepper, and a crushed garlic, then marinate it for just 30 minutes. If you want to cook the next day it would be nice to marinate it over night. Then on the pan I put little oil, saute the sliced onion then garlic. Don't let the garlic burnt it taste bitter. When onion and garlic is translucent put the marinated sliced beef, stir it well. Don't let it stay too long the beef will get tough. As long as you can't see any blood or reddish color from the meat, it's cook! In this picture I put bell pepper for garnishing and you can put ring onions too. Be creative when you cook remember a good cook can do anything in her kitchen. Eat na!
