In the Philippines we call it dirty kitchen ^_^. All the time this is located at the back of the house where I guess nobody could see except the family members. And this is also the extension kitchen from the kitchen inside the house. These will be used specially when there is a huge party or festivities going on and it entails a lot of cooking.
