Fish minus chips

I discover that in one of my fave grocery store they have a bag of 9 or 11 pieces of perch which only cost $9.00, yup the cost is not that bad after all.  Come to think of it, if hubby and I will go to a restaurant (as we always do on Fridays for fish and chips) it cost as $9.99 each. Okey with this frozen perch that I discovered we will consume the whole pack for 3 meals or 4 depending on how many fish me and hubby wants. I am a fish eater, I came from a country (Philippines) that is surrounded with sea water and every day  our  market always has fresh fish. The other day I recreated the fish and chips minus the chips ^_^ I see to it that we eat at least once a day green leafy vegetable and here is what I come up.

Perch fish with cherry tomatoes, lettuce and my favorite vlasic bread and butter spear
