Binagoongan na baboy

I cooked this binagoongan na baboy last shower party I attended and last Saturday for our get together night out/dinner  at my friends house. This food is always a hit to any Filipino party maski anong style pa ang pagkagawa. I used 4 big tomatoes for this and a good portion of shrimp paste. It does smell but since it is spring time I opened all the windows and let the air in and I lit also a candle. Thankfully the house doesn't smell hehe.

  1. I have been wanting to cook this for myself.. I just cannot find pork belly. Mas masarap daw kasi kung may taba ang baboy..Yummm!!!!

  2. Hi Liz, oo mas masarap pag yung gamit liempo eh dito sa MI merong pork belly nasa Filipino store pero ang mahal parang 2lbs $9 kaya ginawa ko young shoulder or butt na may taba2x ang binili ko. Okey naman ang result pero mas ok pag may taba talaga hehe.
