Chopsuey moment

Friday was meat less day in our household. I looked inside the freezer I found shrimps I decided to cook chopsuey. I even didn't devein the shrimps as you noticed the picture but what the heck it is only me and hubby who will eat it lol. I looked some veggies and found some cabbage, carrots, green beans, cauliflower and broccoli. One thing in cooking chopsuey is like stir frying but less oil and very easy to cook. When it was done of course my number one fan is the first to taste and hubby likes it much. So there was our food last Friday our meat less day.

  2. Ay ang sarap..I love it with red bell pepper too, nagbibigay ngibang lasa..binigyan mo ako ng idea..I will cook that one day, kahit kami lang ni mother ang kakain.
