Paksiw with coconut milk

As a Filipino by heart I so love to eat seafood everyday. These cravings goes all the way since I was born in the tropical country we call Philippines. Philippines is sorrounded with body of water and so therefore we have fresh fish everyday in our wet market. Not just fresh fish but also fresh cut meat, vegetables and fruits. Last week hubby and I went to an Oriental store and I saw milk fish or bangus as we call it in the Philippines. And do you know that milk fish is the national fish of the Philippines?
When I crave for seafood my mind wonders what I am going to cook. So when I got the huge milk fish I cleaned and cut it. All the ingredients are the same as you cook paksiw fish but the twist is I mix a small can of coconut milk. The result it does taste so good kind of addicting to me and with a hot rice yummy!
