My First Banana Pepper

I've been harvesting Bokchoy/Pechay but not yet with eggplant and pepper. This morning I had a good harvest with pepper and two eggplants which this afternoon I am going to pick one more. ^_^ Are you starting to harvest what you sow? Now I am looking for a good banana pickle recipe.
