Maja Blanca

One of my specialty now is Maja Blanca or Coconut pudding. Friends love it and when we gather for lunch this is what they like me to bring. And oh by the way pork bagoong too. ^_^

  1. na-confuse ako...i thought you eat maja blanca with binagoongan! LOL

    if i remember it correctly, this was the first dessert that i learned to cook when i was about 12. summer project ko 'to, i mixed my first maja blanca with sweet corn and topped with grated cheese.:p
