Pork ribs and rice

My way of making a good and tender barbeque pork ribs is to boil the pork first then broil it. Of course you have to season it in any kind of seasoning you want. My hubby prefer to put barbeque sauce while it broiling while I prefer to make it crispy and garlicky. Here is one of the example.
