Five more days to go and Summer ends! Time flies so fast I am looking forward to Thanksgiving day. The first time I cooked turkey I am overwhelmed. I haven't had any experienced such huge bird. But with my first attempt I'd tell you I became so good, my turkey is moist and taste so good. And why is that because I infuse my Oriental seasoning to it -wink- that's my secret though.
Anyway, yesterday I cooked mussels. I saw cheap mussels in our supermarket and for just $3.50 you have 2lbs. It says in the package that it is clean and cooked. What I did to cooked it here it is.- 1 pack mussels
- 2tbsp butter for sauteing
- onion (chopped)
- garlic (chopped)
- tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 small coconut milk
What makes me happy is that hubby loves it. He goes to get more rice ^_^ because he loves the soup with his rice. He told me last night he loves seafood and so do I!!
I am linking to LUSCIOUS SATURDAY and YUMMY SUNDAY

Yum, they look wonderful. This is probably the third post showing mussels. Now I really want some mussels. I think I'll have to seach for some this weekend.
