Chicken pineapple
Yesterday I cooked for hubby and I this dish. We call this in the Philippines pineapple-chicken. It's not that hard to cooked though, the pineapple makes it taste a little of sweetness into the chicken.

good morning here, manang kim (8am Phil. time) AND, i just put out the chicken chunks from the freezer, planning to make a tinola or adobo out of it.
