Ground Beef Chili

One of hubby's favorite is this Ground Beef Chili that I experiment and cook for many times now. The ingredients is ground beef, baked pork and beans, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes and bell pepper. I have to brown first the ground beef when it is brown strain and set aside. In a pot saute the onions, then garlic put the  ground beef, stir. Then mix the baked pork and beans then the bell pepper and diced tomatoes stir, close the lid and simmer for awhile. Turn down the heat to low then seasoned. You can put hot chili but I choose just the green pepper for my chili ^_^

Chili is really good during rainy days and the upcoming Fall season. I use red beans but the baked pork & beans sounds interesting. I might try using that next time :)

This is already a dish on its own. I love Chili con Carne, and this - with lots of beef seemed yummier. :D

Hopping from Food Friday.
